Your satisfaction is our always pursue. EvaHair.com offers exchange and return policy here for synthetic wigs and basic color human hair extensions. Check below for more details.

If you are not happy with the item, you can apply a refund within 48 hours after receiving your package. And we will reply and solve it within 24 hours on working days.
1. Refund only applied to the orders of the original conditions ( unwashed, uncut, unworn, undamaged etc. ).
2.15% re-stocking fee will be charged for all returns. Beside, if your Item is a custom one, 20$ of your total payment as a custom fee will not be refunded.
3. Please contact [email protected] , and you will get the return address. And we will refund within a week after we receive your returning packages.
EvaHair.com offers one time free exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package.
1. Exchange will apply to the orders of the original conditions ( unwashed, uncut, unworn, undamaged etc. ). Besides, if you want to exchange to a custom one, an extra 20$ will be charged, and if your original item is also a custom one, another 20$ will be charged as the custom fee of your second item. Please note that the custom fee is not refundable.
2. We will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge for any price differences of the exchange.
3. The exchange item will be shipped after we received the previous one.
Order Cancellation & Change
1. For synthetic wig orders, you can cancel it within 48 hours before shipping for free. After 48 hours, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged.
2. For hair extension orders, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order, we can cancel it free. If after 48 hours, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged.
If your order has been shipped out, an extra shipping fee ($20) will be charged and we will refund you the remaining fee after calling back the package.
1. For synthetic wig orders, we offer free change before shipping.
2. For hair extension orders, we offer free change with 12 hours after placing your order.
3. We will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge for any price differences of the change.
Prcocessing & Shipping
When is my order ready to ship?
90% synthetic wigs on our website are in stock, for in stock items, it usually takes 1-2 working days to process before shipping.
For hottest styles, some times may temporarily out of stock, for these tiems, please allow us more time to process, 7-30 days will be possible. And we will ship your package as soon as possible.
For orders with multiple items, they may reach in different times as the different processing time, normally we will ship your package when all the items are ready to ship.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with the tracking number within 24 hours after your package ships out. Please also allow another 24 hours for showing the tracking information.

Can you ship worldwide and how long?
Yes, we now supply global shipments. It usually takes 2-3 working days to USA and a bit longer to other countries.
Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends and public holidays.
We CANNOT ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
